The Ingraser L100-30W is a laser marker that can engrave high-precision markings very quickly on a wide variety of materials. It enables razor-sharp lines with a thickness of only 0,05 mm and small shapes, e.g. letters as small as 0,5 mm in size.

Versatile use

The Ingraser L100-30W can process many materials commonly used in the jewelry and watchmaking industries, including gold, silver, aluminum, brass, stainless steel and even leather. The machine can perform various marking techniques and effects such as hatching, contour or blackening.

Simple and intuitive handling

The engraving software MagicArt can work with vector graphics in the file formats DXF, PLT, SVG, and DGN as well as with images in the formats JPEG, PNG, and BMP. The software is easy to use via the graphical user interface on the PC and offers various functions for formatting text, graphics, and images. For example, the software can automatically generate consecutive numbers when engraving serial numbers.

Safe and convenient

The chamber of the Ingraser L100-30W is equipped with a cover that closes automatically before the beginning of the laser process and opens again after completion. This not only ensures work safety, but also reduces the distribution of material particles produced during engraving. The suction set N° 311427 can be connected to the rear of the unit to extract the particles.

The generous laser chamber of the Ingraser L100-30W allows the processing of workpieces up to 112 x 112 x 115 mm (L x W x H) or 12 - 85 mm in diameter. No fixing is required for flat workpieces. For round engravings, the clamping device N° 311424 is required. The engraving is done with a speed of 3000 mm/s.

The machine has a long service life and only low maintenance and repair costs are incurred.
