Hazardous material work station, width 900 mm, with exhaust air monitoring and lighting
Hazardous substance workplace for installation on an existing work surface and connection to a suitable on-site exhaust air system. The robust construction made of durable, anodized aluminum profiles is torsion-resistant, light and highly resistant to chemicals.
The integrated lighting ensures good visibility. It is glare-free, energy-saving and easily accessible for easy replacement of the lamps. The transparent side walls made of 5 mm toughened safety glass allow additional light to enter the hazardous substance workplace.
The rear wall is coated with melamine resin. It is foldable and easy to clean.
Fresh air curtain
The hazardous substances workplace can offer maximum safety for the user due to its optimal exhaust air routing and the use of fresh air curtains in the upper and lower area of the front opening.
A powerful radial fan generates an overpressure in the tubular frame. The clean air reaches the front area of the hazardous substances workplace via fresh air nozzles at the top and bottom, which are inclined inwards by 45°.
Hazardous substances, such as gases, vapors or suspended particles are reliably collected and transported to the rear of the baffle. The effective extraction system conveys the hazardous substances to the exhaust air system.
Exhaust air monitoring
The ventilation functions are permanently monitored and displayed.
- Air volumes in the exhaust and supply air shaft (pressure measurement)
- Differential pressure (set point adjustable)
- Acoustic and optical alarm signal at approx. 10 % deviation
- Integrated rechargeable battery to ensure function in case of power failure
