The Otec Eco-Maxi is a compact disc centrifugal finishing machine for precise surface finishing of a wide variety of workpieces. Its modular design allows easy switching between wet finishing, dry polishing, and magnetic finishing, depending on requirements and material.

Interchangeable containers

The Eco-Maxi is equipped with interchangeable process containers that enable quick and tool-free switching between wet, dry, and magnetic processes. Each container is tailored to the respective processing method and ensures optimal results with maximum flexibility in use.

Media sets

Specially impregnated walnut shell granules in various grain sizes are used for dry processing (Media Set Dry), ideal for polishing sensitive workpieces. The Media Set Wet contains high-quality plastic or ceramic abrasives and matching compounds – ideal for grinding, smoothing, and cleaning metallic surfaces.
