The Microfinishing Film (MFF) from 3M meets the highest demands on the surface quality of all common workpieces.

This film is particularly suitable for fine grinding. The alumina grains are electrostatically aligned in multiple elevated concentrations on an extruded, tear resistant PES film. This means that all abrasive grain tips always face the surface to be machined during fine grinding.

The result is homogeneous, very fine surfaces of the highest quality with even finish. The high removal rate of the film also improves productivity by saving work steps.
