Bulkhead elbow shut-off valves, Ø 6 mm, IQS standard
The shut-off valves consist of a brass body (nickel-plated) / PA 66 / PPS, an NBR seal, and a stainless steel retaining clip. The cartridge is made of ZnDC (nickel-plated), and the release ring is made of PA 66. Only silicone-free seals and lubricants are used during assembly.
The temperature range is between -20 and +80 °C.
The shut-off valves are suitable for compressed air and neutral gases.
The operating principle is based on shutting off the air flow, thereby separating two systems from one another. No venting occurs during this process.
The advantages lie particularly in the very compact design, which allows for space-saving integration.
