Circulation water system KWA 5, incl. circulation pump, with 50 l collecting basin
The KWA 5 circulating water system is an efficient solution for cleaning and treating circulating water in electroplating systems. It enables water to be reused, which conserves resources and reduces operating costs.
The purified water flows into a collecting basin and is pumped back into the flow rinses by a reliable magnetically coupled centrifugal pump. The water quality is continuously monitored by an analog conductivity meter so that the ion exchange resins can be regenerated in good time.
A special feature of the KWA 5 is the integrated UV unit, which reduces harmful germs and removes turbidity from the rinse water. In addition, a solids filter ensures the removal of suspended solids, which extends the service life of the system components.
The KWA 5 also has space for an additional ion exchange cartridge to produce fully demineralized water, which is important for special applications in electroplating.
