Degreasing agent Wilaplat ZFM - electrolytic, cyanide-free (ready for use 1 litre)
Strongly alkaline degreasing agent for cathodic cleaning of all precious and non-precious metal alloys.
Processing
The parts to be treated are first cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, rinsed, and then connected to the cathode rod of the electroplating system. After the exposure time has elapsed, the parts are removed and thoroughly rinsed with water. Contamination of other baths with the degreasing solution must be strictly avoided.

- Current density: 5–15 A/dm2
- Exposure time: 30–180 sec (non-ferrous metals: max. 60 sec)
