Pre-treatment cyanide copper bath for iron, steel, tin (ready for use 1 litre)
Because of its excellent dispersion and adhesion properties, this alkaline copper bath is used as a pre copper plating bath, especially for base metals and even for tin or zinc alloys.
Application
The cyanide copper bath is for use in a conventional electroplating unit such as the WILAPLAT system. Preparation and Cleaning entails electrolytic degreasing and if required chemical activation.
After the cyanide adhesion layer pre coppering another layer can be applied with the acid bright copper or bright nickel bath and this provides a general purpose base for metal electro-plating.
