3M Scotch-Weld PR 100, cyanoacrylate adhesive, 50 g
PR 100 cyanoacrylate adhesive is a medium-viscosity, ethyl-based, single-component instant adhesive – ideal for precise bonding of a wide variety of materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, ceramics, or wood. With a viscosity of approx. 100 mPa·s, PR 100 can be dispensed in a controlled manner and offers good gap-filling properties.
Curing takes place quickly and reliably through air humidity – usually within a few seconds. This allows even the smallest components to be bonded efficiently and resiliently. The adhesive achieves high strengths (e.g. >20 N/mm² on steel) and remains stable in a temperature range from –50 °C to +80 °C.
Whether in series production, model making, or quick repairs, PR 100 impresses with its process reliability and clean processing. The 50 g bottle is ideal for the workbench and production line.
Typical applications: O-rings, electronic components, plastic connections, fixture construction.
