The KGA 2000 compact electroplating system is suitable for a wide range of electroplating processes, including degreasing, nickel plating, rhodium plating, gold plating and silver plating.

The continuously adjustable 15 V/15 A rectifier allows the voltage and current to be precisely adapted to the respective electroplating process. The analog displays for current and voltage provide a clear overview of the set values.

The KGA 2000 features three processing tanks and three rinse tanks, each with a capacity of 1.5 l. In the processing tanks, a motor-driven horizontal workpiece movement ensures uniform movement during the electroplating process. Connections for pen plating, for example for tweezers or a plating stylus, are also provided.

The processing tanks can be equipped with heaters. The bath temperature can be adjusted to suit the respective process using the temperature controller. This makes the KGA 2000 a flexible solution for a variety of applications and electroplating baths.
