Durston TUI-130 double sided powered rolling mill
The Durston TUI-130 electric combination double roller machine is made of cast iron for optimum strength and rigidity.
It comes standard with variable speeds in both forward and reverse directions, as well as four sets of extension rolls securely mounted behind black guards. The rolls themselves offer a special flat roll side with a width of 130 mm and a maximum roll thickness of 6 mm, and a special wire roll side with 19 grooves from 10 mm to 1 mm to achieve a perfect finish every time.
The 1,1 kW motor provides constant power throughout the life of the mill. Digitally controlled variable speeds from 5 to 20 rpm mean you have complete control over each roll, and side extensions allow half-rounds of 8, 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1.5 mm for added versatility.
Safety features include a central emergency stop switch, safety guards on the front and back of the mill, extension roller guards on both ends, and top gear guards.
