Episurf-Neo, Epilame, 100 ml

Episurf-Neo is a high-performance epilame of a new generation. It works efficiently on a wide range of materials used in watch movements, such as metals and ceramics, and is applicable after all types of washing processes applied to these parts. The epilam coating is resistant to washing cycles (solvents, detergents), with a long-term effect.

It is easy to use:
The component is simply immersed in an episurf-neo bath for 30 seconds and then dried at room temperature for a maximum of 60 seconds. The treatment can be done manually (in a glass container) or in a cleaning device. Episurf-Neo is non-flammable and non-explosive.

Thanks to its non-polymeric nature, Episurf-Neo can guarantee a constant thickness of the epilament. It binds to the surface as an ultra-thin monolayer with a constant thickness of < 5 nm and does not change the visual appearance of the components.

In addition, it is an environmentally friendly product, with an ozone depletion potential of 0 and an atmospheric lifetime of less than 10 days, and thus complies with international regulations, including Swiss regulations.
