The GraverHone VS is a powerful grinding machine that has been specially developed for grinding, sharpening and polishing carbide and HSS gravers. A special production step ensures that the spindle and drive disk are aligned exactly parallel to the machine's contact surface. The machine is also equipped with a time-saving quick-release fastener for diamond wheels, which does not require a thread and makes it easier to change the grinding wheels.

Apex sharpening system

The Apex sharpening system is an innovative further development of the classic two-angle holder. The special design makes it easier to handle longer gravers. The locking knobs made of high-quality ribbed steel and a quarter-turn locking system for GRS QC tool holders ensure efficient insertion and securing of the tools.

A special feature is the Speedline wheel selectors, which enable simple step-by-step sharpening. They can be changed in seconds without tools. Clear markings and guidelines on the wheels indicate which part of the graver is to be sharpened and which settings are required. In addition, the two-angle degree dial enables the production of any desired graver geometry through simple adjustments.
