This high-quality electropolishing solution is designed for the electrochemical smoothing and high-gloss polishing of gold alloys. In combination with OTEC’s EF-One and EF-Nova systems, it delivers excellent results on yellow gold, rose gold, red gold (9–18K), white gold with nickel (9–18K), and white gold with silver (9–10K).
Ideal for jewelry manufacturing, watchmaking, and precious metal processing – wherever high surface quality and consistent brilliance are required. Suitable for workshops, manufacturing facilities, and series production.
The electrolyte granulate LFPP3 increases conductivity during the process and leads to better removal and a more effective result.
The electrolyte container is equipped with a sensor chip that monitors the quality of the electrolyte liquid. If concentration is too low, this will be shown in the display of the EF-Nova and it is advisable to replace the electrolyte as soon as possible.
