Mediaset EP 18-5 (V2), for EF-One
EP 18-5 is a premixed electropolishing medium for high-gloss polishing of silver, brass, and cobalt-chromium alloys. It is suitable for applications that require a high surface gloss combined with minimal material removal and high dimensional accuracy.
The medium is characterized by an excellent deep luster and high dimensional stability of the workpieces. Due to its minimal smoothing effect, fine contours and details are largely preserved while the surface is polished to a high gloss.
The package includes 2.5 liters of EP 18-5 (V2), 0.25 liters of RF 18-5 (V2) refill solution, and a working tank. The refill solution is used to compensate for fluid loss that may occur during operation or due to evaporation during storage. To ensure consistent polishing results, the electrolyte level should be checked regularly and topped off as needed.
