Micromecalp 3D dovetail back plate for diver’s watch cases with crown protection (Crownguard)
The 3D dovetail has specially rounded chamfers that are precisely matched to diving models with crown protection (Crownguard). The geometry is based on the grinding process used by service centers and offers a precise CNC-milled contact surface with a contact band area of 101 × 98 mm.
The component is made of forged steel and then tempered to a hardness of 60 HRC. To ensure maximum precision and a long service life, the dovetail surfaces are polished before the hardening process.
The 3D dovetail is designed with negatively inclined dovetails on both sides. Two ISO M8 mounting points are available on the rear. Sliding distances of ±28 mm in the left-right direction allow flexible adaptation to the respective belt path.
