The letter die set consists of 27 pieces, including the letters A–Z and the “&” symbol. The stamps are made of high-quality special tool steel. The front is precisely hardened to HRC 58–62, while the striking side is tempered to HRC 38–46. This prevents chipping, reduces recoil, and achieves a significantly longer service life compared to fully hardened products.
The surface is sandblasted, the lettering complies with the DIN standard, and is sharply engraved. The set is delivered in functional packaging that also serves as a holder for the embossing stamps. Each stamp is also marked with font height and character, so the desired embossing can be found quickly.
