Grinder for processing screwdriver blades with parallel flanks.

Screwdrivers with well ground blades are indispensable to ensure perfect aesthetics in the assembly of watch movements or other high quality connections.

This machine allows the production of custom blades perfectly matched to the geometry of the screws. The diamond grinding wheel allows the grinding of all blades, regardless of their material. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the machine can be placed close to the production site. The operation is simple, fast and safe.

The fine settings allow a very good control of the result, as well as good precision and repeatability. Two settings must be made for one blade: Height and
width of the plate. The grinding is done in two operations.

Once the settings are made, the same reference can be mass produced. The user starts the machining and then the machine works independently. A visual indicator informs about the end of the operation.

This machine is part of a sustainable concept. It allows the recycling of damaged blades, avoiding excessive consumption.
