Witschi ProofMaster Pro water resistance tester with results memory
The ProofMaster Pro is the new water resistance tester from Witschi.
To check the water resistance of watches, the ProofMaster Pro measures the deformation of the case under pressure and vacuum.
The ProofMaster Pro has a memory for 50 programs, 6 of them pre-defined. These include "Leak Finder", which is specially designed for the safe and rapid detection of leaks.
The water resistance test can be done on watches with or without wristband. The test item can have the following maximum dimensions:
- Diameter: 70 mm
- Height: 30 mm
- Width above watch strap: 85 mm
Measurement
The ProofMaster Pro impresses with simple operation and parameterization via the new 5-inch color display with touch function. Intelligent automatisms and algorithms ensure reliable and fast leakage tests.
Up to 100 measurement results can be stored in the ring buffer or transferred to a suitable printer via USB or Bluetooth. The following information can be provided:
- Tight/Not tight (numerical values and graphics)
- Maximum deformation
- Leak rate
- Result per test pressure
- Measuring times
- Overall result

Operation
A compressor is required to operate the ProofMaster Pro, e.g. Planet Air Silverline L-S50-4 (N° 313615).
To print the measurement results, the Witschi thermal printer No. 313870 is required.
A reference leak (N° 313875) is recommended for checking the device.
