The microphone holder ensures a secure hold during testing and enables reliable positioning even for heavy watches. Watches weighing up to 500 g are held securely in any test position without damaging the case. A soft silicone cap protects the surface of the watch and ensures gentle support.

The hold-down device can remain permanently mounted on the microphone. This makes it easy to test even small watches or individual movements without having to remove the holder. Efficiency is significantly increased during series testing of similar watches—after a one-time adjustment, each additional movement can be clamped in place and tested immediately.
