The piercing instrument of the QPP Click System is specifically designed for professional ear piercing and tailored to meet the requirements of a hygienic and reproducible workflow. In combination with sterile disposable cartridges, the instrument enables a clear separation between reusable technology and sterile components.
Activation is based on the patented “Pull & Click” technology and is performed by pulling from the front. This mechanism allows controlled triggering of the piercing process with consistent, defined pressure and supports precise placement of the piercing.
The ergonomically designed instrument fits securely in the hand and is intended for simple, intuitive operation. The use of pre-sterilized cartridges reduces preparation effort and contributes to an efficient and standardized workflow.
The “Pop-Open” system features an advanced safety mechanism that automatically ejects the protective cap of the stud after the piercing process is completed. This prevents the stud from getting stuck and causing discomfort—a common issue with conventional push-through systems—while ensuring a smooth and comfortable piercing experience.
